All membership types are subject to these terms, though the services offered vary by membership level.
To become a member, register for paid membership. By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions and become one of our members.
In your member section, you will find your paid content based on the type of membership or product you have purchased.

2. Our Online Courses (Paid Membership)
We create online courses for professionals. How can you order them?
• Select the online course that interests you.
• After payment, the paid content will be unlocked for you.
• The content will be available in your user account.
• The online course will remain accessible in your account as long as your account is active.
3. Webinars
You can order a webinar through the form on our website. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your details, and the information you provide in the order form will be considered accurate and up-to-date.
Once we send you a confirmation of your registration for the webinar, a contract between us is formed, governed by these terms and conditions.
Participation in the webinar, if it is a paid event, is contingent upon full payment. Without payment, we will not be able to grant you access to the webinar.
If you are unable to attend a webinar you have already paid for, please contact us, and we will work together to find a solution.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule webinars. If this occurs, we will contact you at the email address you provided. In the event of a webinar cancellation, we will refund the fee you paid. If the date is changed, you may request a refund if you have already paid, or you can choose an alternative date, subject to availability.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are payable in advance. We will not provide access to our services without payment.
- You can pay via Stripe payment gateway (online courses, webinars).
- A tax invoice can be downloaded after completing your order—a download link will be included in the order confirmation sent to your email address.
5. What if there’s a defect in our services?
We strive to deliver the highest quality services. However, despite our best efforts, services may sometimes have defects. What should you do in such cases?
If you believe a provided service is defective (in terms of scope or quality not matching the agreed terms), you are entitled to file a complaint in accordance with the law. Please note that subjective dissatisfaction with the service is not grounds for a complaint.

We will respond as soon as possible with a proposed solution.

Courses or other events cannot be recorded or otherwise captured without our explicit consent (and possibly the consent of other participants), not even for personal use.
